Agent 51 is the active ingredient in the revivification syringes, comprised of a blend of several different components, including MRSA and the H5N1 strain of bird flu, and is rumoured to contain traces of an extraterrestrial entity.
This is confirmed partially by a memo leaked by a Necrotech insider, which described the top secret Project Sunrise.
Agent 51 has also been suggested as a cause of the outbreak in Malton, following a large explosion which tore through a Necrotech building in the suburb of Ridleybank
