Project Sunrise (Lexicon)

I have bartered for more time on NecroTech's secure server, and I found some rather interesting data corresponding to a certain "Project Sunrise."
Over the past decade, over three hundred NecroTech personnel have been transferred from the London Office as well as European, American, and even Australian branch offices—all to one location: central Africa. Most of these personnel are high-level researchers who have spent their careers in genomics and virology. According to the documents, much of their work surrounded the incorporation of foreign genetic material into a retrovirus. The documents don't specify the purpose of this work, and I have been unable to reach anyone who even knows about the Africa project, but the photos of mass graves in the Congo are rather damning.
Included with these documents were several invoices. Most of them, dating back to the beginning of the project, describe the shipment of refrigerated materials from the Blackmore Building in Malton. Another, more disturbing invoice was dated rather recently, and describes several rather large shipments of automatic weapons and flamethrowers from Fort Creedy...
