Description

The old grammar school, home to iamnot (cunningly represented by the school chef in the form of a gingerbread cake) is festooned with gargoyles. Crosses decorate the rooftops and on one side, amongst the missing tiles someone has painted 'iamnot' quite badly in what looks suspiciously like Dulux 'Hint of Asylum' green paint. Long lost balls, toys and children remain trapped in the sturdy iron gutterings. The large iron gates are siezed shut but have been damaged enough that you can walk right through. All windows and entrances are barricaded with most of the upper windows having been smashed. To the side of the school some bicycles remain chained to their stands, their wheels all buckled, and a large statue of some kind of predatory bird looms above the main entrance.

There is a sign on the lawn that reads 'Keep off the Grass' - there are a few joint butts laying around underneath it.

Smoke is rising from a number of the many tall chimney stacks and as the breeze turns, swirling the dead leaves around your feet, for a moment you're pretty sure you can smell something not entirely unlike toasting marshmallows...

It sounds like there's some kind of party going on inside... It's probably not very good, considering, but still you feel strangely compelled to take a closer look...

History

Back in the day some members of iamnot studied here. It was a care free time, a time of laughter without care and seemingly endless playtimes.

But this all changed when one afternoon Timmy Tucker was caught fornicating himself off behind an unsuspecting vat of curry in the dining hall.

He was put on an everlasting detention, during which he died.

Some of his friends created a pact to return him to life and after the zombie outbreak in Malton they dug up his body and took the decaying remains to an NT building claiming it to be a zombie. The staff did the best they could, which being as they were all highly qualified was enough and little timmy tucker the would be f**ker was brought back to life and renamed iamnotaporpoise.

iamnot retook Braham Boulevard school from some of the more slavering undead and made it theirs, the AnswerPhone building, which works exactly the reverse of a real answerphone: if someone's in, leave a message, if no-one's in... don't bother.

Barricade Policy

Extreme barricade at all times and all the time.

Current Status

Braham Boulevard is a designated Answerphone Building occupied and protected By iamnot.

The Fight for Braham Boulevard

One of the final places to be safe and more importantly, be seen in Wray Heights, Braham Boulevard, is under threat from people of the Undead persuasion. If you're in the area, why not stop by, check the buildings security and admire the newly constructed (F)Arcon Systems twelvety stage rocket that we have out back? It'll be providing Braham's occupants their first sejourn into SPACE. That's right, fucking SPACE! How impressive is that?

Once the elastic band has been delivered we'll be all set for Lift Off, but it'll be ruined if the zombie hoard takes Braham, so drop by and check the cades if you're in the area.

The Braham Boulevard (F)Arcon Space Project is sponsored by FAR Systems Ltd. Wherever you are, you're never too Far™

Old: Braham Boulevard has been overrun by The Dead with the loss of 5 good people and will probably join the rest of Wray Heights in being lowered to Ruined Status later today. Fires are already licking up the sides of the building and The Dead are triumphantly dragging the last few survivors into the streets.

From one of these streets it is possible to see a solitary bugle player on the roof, he looks terribly injured but he's managing to play a rendition of The Killers 'For reasons Unknown' remarkably well.

You wonder to yourself how far bugle music seems to have come in recent times whilst The Dead begin to shuffle towards you from behind... 09:03, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
