It is well situated, being near to Buckley Mall, several churches, and a few hospitals, the closest being Julie General Hospital just north of the mall.

History

This cemetery saw the theft of many of its tombstones sometime in 2010 by the man known to this day only as the Wyke Hills Slammer, who killed over 34 people in Malton, the first three of whom were in Wyke Hills.
