Pre-Outbreak History
Club Storer was originally the first dance club in Malton. Honoured among the flappers of the 30s, the club evolved throughout the decades, eventually becoming a highly decorated underground club during the 70s. Fighting the rise of more popular, high-capacity dance clubs, Storer retained its Art Deco charm and prestigious reputation by tailoring to the extremely exclusive members of Malton’s cultural elite. It was the birthplace of Malton’s 80s league of popular socialites.
In the 90s it became a roaring gay club, affectionately named the ‘Sprank Bank’ due to its location as the only club within Spracklingbank. As it grew in popularity, it became known across the region as a tourist and expat destination. It remained popular up until the outbreak.
History / Events
May 25th 2007 - An party by the name of Semester End Party was held here by the LFS. This was not uncommon, as the LFS seems to have thrown several parties at this location. This particular event was organized by 5 members of said group, how many members actually attended is unknown though presumably at least the 5 organizers showed up and other LFS members. What makes this event different, as evidenced by examining a LFS Party Flyer and the LFS group page, this was the last party ever hosted by the LFS.
