Unknown date The independant task force The Regulators are based out of Bunter Street P.D. Comanded by Valentine Lamean & Xavier Dorn, this civilian volunteer group made some of the initial headway in reclaiming "The Village" from the results of the outbreak. The DHPD recognises that without the help of the Regulators, the pacification of Peddlesden Village may have been considerably more difficult. In Response to their assistance, the Regulators were awarded the Dunell Hills Civil Service Cross for outstanding bravery and service to the D.M.Z. Regulators include: Valentine Lamean (commander),kickauass,Texas Ranger,M190,NecroKupa,Vincent XIII and Ploi.
