This street is located in the northern part of Lamport Hills. It was designated a revive point by an unknown group in early October but the queue has been removed due to inactivity.
History
Historic Maber Street started out as a narrow, unpaved road called Wine Lane. In 1927 the street was widened and extended and its name changed to Maber Street in honor of famed writer Alfred Maber, who owned a home at the end of Wine Lane where he did much of his writing from 1892 to 1924. The house was bought and renovated by a historical society in the early 1950s with the intention of giving tours, but the project ran out of funding within a few years.
