Militaires Sans Frontières does not see borders. In war, nothing is sacred. Any life, human or zombie, can be taken with equal ease if deemed necessary. Foxhound is the MSF unit that specializes in PKing. Mobile like the rest of MSF, Foxhound wanders Malton, tracking and eliminating targets.

Policies
We will usually focus our fire on those targets we're been hired to kill. However, that is not a concrete rule. The below are more solid guidelines of our conduct.
1. We usually will not PK starters under level 15, though anyone within a major survivor group or in a EHB building or mall is counted fair game for us.
2. We will avoid shooting players whom we respect as active revive-point workers, or active fighters for the survivor cause. Of course, we also avoid killing other PKers, unless they have killed us first or we accepted an assignment against them.
3. Bounty hunters or members of groups that enforce anti-PKing measures, trying to enforce their ideas of false peace, will be targeted first.
