♥ Mankar Camoran's View ♠

The Mythic Dawn is the newest PKer group in Urban Dead. All of our acolytes are several spaces above that of a common murderer, spending most of their time shooting ignorant humans, laughing at the infidels and following the ways of the Flat Earth Society.

Days of Interest for Mythic Dawn Members

Mythic Dawn members should not ignore or abstain from celebrating the summoning days of all sixteen daedric princes, including our Lord, Mehrunes Dagon.

The days go from the most important to the least important, respectively.

1. Mehrunes Dagon, daedric prince of Destruction, Change, Revolution, Energy, and Ambition, everything that the Mythic Dawn stands for. His summoning date is on the Twentieth of Sun's Dusk.

2. Lorkhan, the missing God. He convinced or contrived the Original Spirits to bring about the creation of the mortal plane, upsetting the status quo-- much like his father Padomay had introduced instability into the universe in the Beginning Place. He has no summoning date, but should be celebrated anyway.

3. Boethia, daedric prince of Deceit, Conspiracy, Secret Plots of Murder, Assassination, Treason, and Unlawful Overthrow of Authority. His summoning date is on the Second of Sun's Dusk.

4. Mephala, daedric prince of executions. To him, each mortal extinguished life is a portion of a massive web. Mephala sees the affairs of mortals as a weave; pull but one thread and the whole thing unravels. His summoning date is on the Thirteenth of Frostfall.

5. Molag Bal, daedric prince of the Domination and Enslavement of mortals. His only desire is to harvest the souls of mortals and to bring mortals souls within his sway by spreading seeds of strife and discord in the mortal realms. His summoning date is the same day of the holiday Chil'a, the twenty fourth of Evening Star.

6. Vaermina, daedric prince of Dreams and Nightmares, and from whose realm issues forth Evil Omens. His summoning date is on the tenth of Sun's Height.

7. Peryite, daedric prince of the ordering of the lowest echelon of Oblivion. His summoning date is the ninth of Rain's Hand.

8. Jyggalag, the daedric prince of Order. Jyggalag was a daedric prince before the other Daedric princes had grown fearful of him. They cursed him to live as Sheogorath, the incarnation of the thing he hated most. He was, however, allowed to return to his true form at the end of every era in order to retake the Shivering Isles from his mad alter-ago in an event known as the Greymarch. However, once this was done, Jyggalag would be transformed back into Sheogorath, starting the cycle again. His summoning date is the same as Sheogorath's, the second of Sun's Dawn.

9. Malacath, the Daedric prince of the spurned and ostracized, the keeper of the Sworn Oath, and the Bloody Curse. Malacath was created when Boethiah ate the Aedroth Trinimac. His summoning date is the eigth of Frostfall.

10. Hircine, the Daedric prince of the Hunt, the Sport of Daedra, the Great Game, the Chase, known as the Huntsman and the Father of Manbeasts. Hircine created the various therianthropic diseases which transform mortals into beasts, and is therefore the guardian of were-creatures. His summoning date is the fifth of Mid Year.

11. Namira, daedric prince of the ancient darkness. She is known as the Spirit Daedra, ruler of sundry dark and shadowy spirits, and is often associated with spiders, insects, slugs, and other repulsive creatures which inspire mortals with an instinctive revulsion. Her summoning date is on the ninth of Second Seed.

12. Hermaeus Mora, daedric prince whose task is the scrying of the tides of Fate, of the past and future as read in the stars and heavens, and in whose dominion are the treasures of knowledge and memory. His summoning date is on the fifth of First Seed.

13. Azura, daedric prince that taught the Chimer the mysteries needed to be different from the Altmer. Some of her more conventional teachings are sometimes attributed to Boethiah. In the stories, Azura is often more a communal cosmic force for the race as a whole than an ancestor or a god. Her summoning date is on the twenty first of First Seed.

14. Nocturnal, deadric prince who commands the forces of darkness and shadow and subsequently is master of those spheres. Her summoning date is on the eigth of Heartfire.

15. Sanguine, daedric prince whose sphere is hedonistic revelry and debauchery, and passionate indulgences of darker natures. He often appears on the seals and signs of brothels and whore-houses. Sanguine is depicted as a portly man with a demon-like head with horns and always with a bottle in his hand, or a whore under his thumb. His summoning date is the sixteenth of Sun's Dawn.

16. Clavicus Vile, Daedric prince whose sphere is the granting of power and wishes through ritual invocations and pact. His summoning date is on the first of Morning Star.

17. Meridia, an obscure daedric prince to mortal eyes, and very little is known about her. She is associated with the energies of living things and bears a special hatred for the undead. The Tract of Merid-nunda paints her as a "wayward solar daughter" who was "cast from the heavens for consorting with illicit spectra." Her realm is known as the Coloured Rooms and is inhabited by the Aurorans, who follow Umaril the Unfeathered. Her summmoning date is the thirteenth of Morning Star.
