Born Chuck Mosely, his trademark dreadlock topknot has been responsible for dozens of murders in the Malton area, and his unique funk-rock talents allowed him to evade capture. Ensin Panther Ensin was a member of the Malton City Police Department before the outbreaks, and had been for twelve years, never being able to get above sergeant. The cause for this was his borderline sadism. He took a perverse pleasure in the apprehending of criminals, and now with the city in ruin, and disarray, he uses all the methods at his disposal to bring the joy of pain to all. Slip RDD Once a traveling tourist from the US, Slip RDD had planned on numbing his brain in Malton's many fine pubs. In fact it was this alcohol-induced ignorance that cause him to miss the fact that an early zombie outbreak had occured. Now completly zombified, Slip RDD enjoys a Bloody Mary over a fresh stout.
