I'm a long time member of StäV and have been active in the Tapton area with them since 2008-04-02. Though I was away from UD for a bit, I do not see on our Talk page, or forum, anything about a Treatise with us.
As the most senior/active member of Ständige Vertretung I would welcome a Treaty with you, and would like to welcome you to the area.
