Hey, it's me again. As long as you don't just go around whacking whomever you come across, I guess you don't qualify as a PKer group. I mean, you're not exactly the RRF, then. However, to avoid confusion amongst people who observe you killing your targets, it might be worth it to say why, so you're not viewed as random psychos.
