Then they don't get the message. I wouldn't expect anyone to post a message that was so important that it absolutely must be read by someone. If it's that important, they should probably use a different means of getting their message across. This is one of those things that kind of needs to get around via word of mouth, like so many other projects, events and groups. And either it will take off or it won't. There are several wiki regulars that already know about it. I also have done some things to help spread the word like put it up on wiki projects, posted in a few forums, talked about it in IRC and made a broadcast on the EBS frequency.
