I'd like to thank Tycho44 for cleaning up the guide. It looks very nice and he added a lot of things that I missed because it was 1:00 in the morning when I wrote the original. Scientists can spend two weeks in a low-risk library to gain free running

Libraries have a high rate of book-finds. Each book costs about 25 AP and earns scientists about 6 XP. At that rate, 25 books (625 AP, about 13 days) and an NT Assistant can theoretically get free-running without wandering the streets. Of course, with stuff like the Mall Tours, things that work in the land of theory don't always pan out in reality. Pakopako 06:58, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
