Barricading policy

Hey there, just some chit-chat from the Dulston Infection Treatment and Prevention Squad. We've noticed some resource buildings in our area being overbarricaded - we keep St. Anacletus and Anne General Hospital at VSB+2 all the time, as per the Dulston Alliance barricading policy, but we've had some issues with guests barricading the new survivors outside. We noticed that your wiki page says you keep resource buildings barricaded all the way up, and we just wanted to remind you that the Dulston Alliance policy runs counter to this. We love help keeping our buildings at VSB+2, but at EHB our patrons can't get in the doors :( Thanks! --Intx13 06:22, 29 March 2007 (BST)

Quick note about Cybele's Children

Hey there, happened to notice that you refer to Cybele's Children as PKers - while that was the case up until just recently, your link should instead be pointing towards Cybele's Slayers, as they're the PKing portion of the new Cybele's Children. Thanks for your time! Torec T-CC 22:26, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Greeting's from Shamblin' Crooners

Hi guys, a quick hello from the Crooners. We were pleased to see your appreciation for our musical talent. I would like to extend our apologies for the recent attack by one of our recently revived members, the band try and maintain a civilised air but tend to become disorientated when attacked and then revived mid concert!

I would also like to extend my personal condolences to Mr Fosi, I understand it's a devil to get those bullet holes out of an expensive flak jacket.

We look forward to many concerts/autographing sessions in your neighbourhood in the near future! - Havok

  • Quick response from the P. Gang: No hard feelings, I can understand how being revived mid-concert could cause disorientation. No worries about the flak jacket either, it all came out in the wash. -- Mr. Fosi

Dulston Alliance

Up for joining? Let me know. DeadvsBlue@gmail.com -Officer Murphy

  • From the P-Gang: We sent you an email. Awaiting a reply. -- Mr. Fosi 11/12/06 19:53PM (EST)
Yeah, probably want to send that email again. I haven't a clue what happend to it. --Officer Murphy 11/30/06 21:20 (CST)
I'll send you another. --Mr. Fosi, 01 Decenber 06, 16:09 (EST)

Page Updates

Love the new look of the wiki page. All other members are welcome to add more Q&A to the list. -- Mr. Fosi 11.24.06, 21:04 (EST)

  • Yeah, anyone in the group should feel free to add to this page. Anachronos 14:22, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

the Resensitized list

Note: This was in response to a dispute between a user named Graaaaaaaah and the Palytoxin Gang. Luckily, it has been sorted out. Anachronos 23:59, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

You all know that all you need to do to stay off the Resensitized list is make sure that your PKers are reported on that same list (with screenshot proof), right? Then when you PK them you can claim the bounty. The Resensitized list is openly available and strictly moderated, and anyone who's on the list is there because they PK people without providing any proof that it's for a good reason. --Graaaaaaagh 01:01, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

I'm assuming you're Dread Zombie Roberts? You said you wanted a question answered when you first PKed me. So, I ask you, was your question answered? Was it worth it? As for the screen shot proof, I did not take a screen shot when I was PKed, I'd prefer to take vengeance myself (or by another member of the PTG) than have some half-assed bounty hunter do it for me. I'm not usually very forgiving, but, if you're indeed DZR, I may be willing to strike a bargain. Maybe. Anachronos 01:18, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Or maybe not. Vandalizing our wiki isn't the way to make us forgive you, is it now? Anachronos 01:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Corrections for accuracy aren't vandalism. Keep murdering me unprovoked if you like, though. Service at that revive point is nice and speedy. --Graaaaaaagh 04:38, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Unprovoked, eh? Oh well, no skin off my back, I never get tired of killing you. Anachronos 03:19, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
If we were acting without being provoked, you wouldn't be posting on the wiki would you? Just say your sorry for being a bad boy & we'll stop knocking you down. -- Mr.Fosi 11:15, 30 November 2006 (EST)
Erm... actually, I would, as you can tell by the fact I'm posting. Like I said, I don't really care much that you knock me down. Just making sure that you understand that you can prevent visits from bounty hunters by not killing innocent people. As long as you understand that, though, I don't feel bad about giving them more business.  :) --Graaaaaaagh 03:55, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
You can keep up with this innocent crap as long as you want. If you'd like us to stop killing you, you can:
  1. Publicly admit you attacked first (i.e. here on the wiki)
  2. Get all members of the Palytoxin Gang off of any PKer lists you may have reported us to.
Anachronos 19:16, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
It would be sort of entertaining to get you off the PKer lists (the only way off once you're on is by having your bounties collected), but killing you isn't worth my AP. And I'm also not going to confess to any crimes I didn't commit. So have fun.  :) --Graaaaaaagh 20:00, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
OK. I never get tired of killing you, and the bounty hunters haven't caught up to me, so no problem to me. I'll just keep killing you like I did today in Whitlock. Anachronos 16:43, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Knocked you down again. Too bad you can't just admit that you made a booboo. -- Mr. Fosi, 23:25, 02 December 2006 (EST)

I'm happy to say that this whole thing is finally over. Anachronos 23:59, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

That makes two of us. Glad to be spending my AP on constructive causes, like reviving. :)

checkmyfish

Ok, this time its signed...so i will again apologise for attacking checkmyfish, but I will once again say that i was repaying a favour. It was checkmyfish who attacked me first, without reason. If anyone ever attacks me unprovoked, they can expect me to come after them --oo6red2 13:47 3 December 2006

checkmyfish isn't a member of the Palytoxin Gang as far as I know. Sorry you were PKed. --RayWhisperer 22:34, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
Sorry dude, but I don't know any members by that name (main page has our roster). And they definitley weren't acting under orders. So, we can't really help you. Sorry though. Anachronos 00:43, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

Greetings from the Zookeepers

Hello my name is Blood Panther with the Malton Zookeepers located at the one and only malton city zoo. i just wanted to say (as one environmentalist group to another) that i think you're group is looking pretty good. we find that what helps coral alot is none other then zombies! that is why we turned the aquarium into a zombie safe house. anyway, your wiki page is looking great.--Blood Panther 08:41, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the info.... I'll be sure to drop a few zeds into my reef. After they've been through the blender of course!--RayWhisperer 01:13, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey, thanks for the tip, and the complements. Anachronos 02:47, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

The U.S. ARMY INFANTRY Does Not PK

I just saw your accusation against former USAI member Iconn. This guy is a deserter and the spelling of the group tag on his profile is not all uppercase, as it should be. He hasn't reported in since November and has been on our AWOL list. Please give links to any screenshots of his PK-ing as well as his last known coordinates. We will do our best to clear this up, but without evidence and/or coordinates we can do nothing other than get really off. --Stickman 19:10, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the clarification. Haven't seen hide nor hair of him in awhile, but I'll keep an eye out. I'll edit that part of the wiki too.--RayWhisperer 16:25, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, I figured as much. Don't know if I have a screenie, that was a while ago. I'll check.

Keep up the good work Stickman, and tell the rest of the infantry the same. Anachronos 02:42, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

In Which Fosi Whacks a Survivor

Hey sorry to bug you all, but I noticed on your Article page that you don't PK. Sounds great and I'm all for it. Then I sign in today to this (sorry I don't know how to take a screen shot, as someone did up the page a bit):

Fosi said "I dont normally PK low-levels, but I cant resist killing you...sorry. Quick revives @cemetary to the NE..good luck, byebye" (4 hours and 35 minutes ago)

Fosi attacked you for 4 damage. (4 hours and 35 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago) ...and again. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago)

You were killed by Fosi. (4 hours and 34 minutes ago)

WTF? I was just sitting in the heffing safe house, picking up syringes. I don't even know you people. All I do is stick zeds. I've got no idea why Walton was so unresistable to ol' Fosi-bear, but I gotta tell ya, you're not winning many friends out there. I'd love to believe your group's stance on PKing, but I'll need an explanation or three first. Thanks. Haedi 21:49, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm.....Is it possible that the guy was named "Fosi" and not "Mr. Fosi"? This wouldn't be the first time.
I assure you that the real Fosi does not PK, unless he's PKing a PKer (follow?). Anachronos 02:44, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi. My name is Mr. Fosi & my profile link is on our main page. I DO NOT PK innocent survivors, especially low-levels & I haven't been on UD for a week. Please post a link to the profile of this "Fosi" or at least his/her ID#. Also, be sure that you personally check my profile against the one of the person who PKed you. I wonder if this is why I have been so often accused of PKing innocents... ~Mr. Fosi 08:46, 9 Feb 2007
Hmmm, this gets me to thinking. How many of our identities have been "reused".... Obviously, it's not the first time something like this has happened. There was the checkmyfish thing a while back. Also, wasn't someone in the Dulston Alliance supposedly PK'd by Anachronos? I'd bet dollars to doughnuts they all had the PTG as their group affiliation. Perhaps we should start a radio campaign warning other survivors to check our roster when they are PK'd by a "supposed member".--RayWhisperer 14:40, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi Mr Fosi--sorry about the mix up. You appear to be a pleasant, coral-conscious sort of fellow. The Fosi who deserves sharp things in soft places looks like [http:// . . /profile.cgi?id=659304 this]. I don't know where he is now, but I think he killed Walton of Malton around Ketchlebank/Barrville. I haven't checked on him in a while (since I posted here, actually) and now he's a member of the St Valentine's Day Cherubs, though I don't remember that being there before. Maybe a seasonal thing? I remember a Palytoxin Gang affiliation, though of course no screen shot to prove it, but maybe this Fosi is using your group affiliation, as you suggest. Maybe everyone is. Maybe...nope, I'm not. But hey if you guys figure out that someone's stealing your ID on UD, I'll certainly spread it. And I've added Fosi to my contacts...in Black. Haedi 00:36, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
No prob. I have added this dirt sandwitch to my contacts as RED, which rhymes with DEAD. All other members of the P.Gang is encouraged to add this loser to their KOS lists. ~ Mr. Fosi, 13 Feburary 2007, 09:00 (EST)
Glad we got this sorted out. Fosi is a member of red rum. I wonder how many of us have been impersonated? Anachronos 14:37, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Dropped him in Yagotown. He's a member of the St Valentines Day Cherubs. They are a PKer group active in the last fall of Bale mall.--RayWhisperer 23:33, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Oh that's beautiful. That warms my cockles. Find me in a pub sometime; I'll by you a wine or beer, redeemable for 1HP. Haedi 07:41, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Be sure to check the Dulston Alliance's Black List, there are profiles of PKers associated with the St. Valentine's Cherubs there. Not many mind you, but the Alliance's concern would be with PKers that are locally committing murders.
Oh, and I almost forgot, if you want a good laugh visit their group's wikipage and read how they're NOT a PKer group (they don't even use the PKer Group category on their page)... yet if you look at the group's profile, under "Contact", click the Karloth vois profile link, and/or go here, you'll read this: "My Nefarious Scheme all comes together, and a heavily populated Bale Mall falls to murderers under the banner of the St. Valentine's Cherubs. More designs on Malton are on the way, of course...". Hahaha, funny stuff. --Mobius187 February 21 2007, 7:59 AM (EST)
I probably should have clarified.... It was my alternate character, PeeWee's Herman who did the deed. --RayWhisperer 23:38, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Really nice to see so much space devoted to me...too bad, I havent checked earlier. Indeed, I whacked Walton of Malton, because he had a great name.. I am a member of RedRum, and I got whacked twice by your little purple group. I have putten your members in black, wich rhymes with whack! haha... see you soon :) - Fosi

Dulston/Dulston Alliance Update

Hello members of the Palytoxin Gang, I wanted to confirm with you as to whether you have any information on fellow member groups in the DA. Or to be specific, are you aware of any group listed in the Dulston suburb wikipage that are in fact NOT in Dulston anymore? That or if you have proof the group may no longer even be active (i.e. FOXHOUND?). Let me know as I'm working towards cleaning up the group listing for the suburb. Thanks. --Mobius187 February 11 2007, 3:50 PM (EST)

I haven't seen any members of FOXHOUND or BlackOut in some time. In fact, there was a lot of anti-me pro da on the radio that was credited to FOXHOUND members, but requests for more info (via their wiki discussion page) have gone unanswered for more than a week. ~Mr. Fosi 11 Feb 2007, 21:54 (EST)
I haven't seen any either. Then again, I haven't strayed too far from the mall in a month. I'll keep my eye's peeled though.--RayWhisperer 04:02, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the information. It's certainly troubling when a group doesn't seem to have anyone monitoring or updating their group wikipage. I posted a similar question on their Discussion page as well. The odd thing is you can sometimes tell if a group has moved on by finding references them in other suburbs... in the case of FOXHOUND I found old news items mentioning them in Roftwood and Pimbank, but that's hardly proof they're still there or even stayed. Although someone added them to one of the suburb's group listings back around May 2006.
Another concern I have, now that I've checked around, is exactly how many of the original groups are still around. I ask because on the stats site I can only find group numbers for FOXHOUND, Dead vs Blue, and you guys. Meanwhile Blackout, DDDS, Devenish Rangers, and The Last Stand do not have enough members to even be listed. Makes me wonder if they even still exist beyond a handful.
BTW, since you guys are active I wanted to ask whether or not you like the new logo for the Dulston Alliance that I created. I felt you guys deserved one after the old one was deleted by the Mods. Also, I wanted to know whether you guys wanted me to help re-design your group's wikipage. I made some slight changes/updates to it in the past, but nothing major. If you guys want I can create something more sophisticated, like they did at Newgrounds (fairly simple). Only I would use a purple/pink theme instead of black/orange (to match your banner). Let me know. --Mobius187 February 12 2007, 1:45 PM (EST)
I quite like the new DA logo. As for a redesign of the wiki & P.Gang logo, Anacronos would be better qualified to answer than I am. I drop him a note & encourage him to post a comment here. ~Mr. Fosi, 13 Feburary 2007, 09:04 (EST)
Good work with that DA template. If you want to work on our wiki, by all means go ahead! Anachronos 14:36, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
Stage 1 of the group wikipage updates have been completed. I hope you like it. I tried to match the colour scheme closely to the image of the coral in the PTG template. I figured people would be better able to connect your group with the template/banner that way. Of course if you would prefer some other colours just let me know, or feel free to edit them yourselves. After all, it's your group page. If you are happy with everything, and where I've placed everything on the sub-pages, let me know and we can proceed to Stage 2, namely adding some more content. For an example of what I mean, check out the famous Channel 4 News Team wikipage. I plan to find 1-3 interesting images and, given your permission, post them on your group's page along with humorous comments. Oh, and do you guys want this page to also match the colour scheme used on the main group page? I wasn't sure if you did or not. Also, be sure to check out the Operations and Group Member pages so you can adjust them (as my information is a bit limited on how your group works). While I know you guys don't have a leader I figured you might have people who you deferred to, at least when taking on operations. If not that column can be replaced with another one (in Operations). --Mobius187 February 13 2007, 1:43 PM (EST)
Happy Valentine's Day to you all. I like it the page. At first I was shocked at the overriding amount of pink/puce, but it has grown on me (& it especially fits the current holiday). The links need to be a differen't color, though. The blue is impossible to read against the background. I also like the sub-pages since they remove the cluttered feeling from the main page. What do the rest of you think? ~Mr. Fosi, 14 February 2006, 10:00 (EST)
Ha-ha, yes, those were my initial thoughts too. The colours are very... "distracting", but after a while they seem to grow on you. I doubt anyone will forget visiting your group's wikipage now. On the topic of the links there's not much anyone can do. The link colours are Wiki standard and cannot be tampered with (to the best of my knowledge, and trust me, I tried). To resolve this issue I softened the background colour for the main menu, but now that I think about it, maybe you meant links throughout the entire wikipage? If so, I can adjust that as well. Just let me know. --Mobius187 February 14 2007, 11:56 AM (EST)
Yeah, I meant all the links. Too bad we can't change their color. :( ~Mr. Fosi, 14 February 2007, 21:00 (EST)
Well I'm all form functionality over form, so I switched the colour scheme around to reverse. While I preferred the overall feel of the darker version, this lighter one easily allows you to see the blue/purple links. I wouldn't say I'm 100% happy with it, as just switching it around doesn't keep the same feel as it had before. I think I might make some slight updates later, or you can try as well.
To update the colour scheme simply go to Palytoxin Gang/Navigation and Edit the navigation menu. From there you'll see 3 sets of backgroundground colors. The top one is the main background color (the light pink). It's the only important one as it sets the background color for the entire site. Unfortunately in order to see its impact on the site you will need to save it (Preview will only allow you to see how it looks in the navigation menu). After you save open any of the other wikipages (i.e. Palytoxin Gang) and Edit it. At the very top you'll see two sets of "font color=" tags. The top one is for all the main text, but for the headers you will need to edit the font tags located around them, as the wikitags around them prevent them from being effected by generic font color tags. The number of tags you will need to edit depends on the number of headers/sections on each page (previously defined in the Table of Contents). Anyway, I will make some future edits, but I didn't want you guys to have to wait for me to do it if you really wanted to handle the matter yourselves. A pity about the standard link colours... but hey, we gotta make that lemonade proverb thingy. --Mobius187 February 15 2007, 8:31 AM (EST)
Wow! It looks awesome! Thanks a bunch. Anachronos 03:50, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

I felt you guys, and all the other member groups associated with the Dulston Alliance, deserved a little bit more. I mean, why let the DHPD have all the cool templates? And then you guys have your own too. Anywho, here's a template for member groups of the DA. Nice and small so you can fit it among any others you need to add later. Check out the entire section under the DA's Allies section, as I also created an ally template too (for non-DA groups who still support the DA). --Mobius187 February 12 2007, 7:14 PM (EST)

Nice work Mobius! Thank you for taking your time to do that.--RayWhisperer 23:36, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
No problem. You guys keep up the good work by continuing to protect Dulston and the NE Corner. As for me, I suppose I have more updates to do. By the way, don't forget to update this Operations section of your new site here. I put in some temporary information, but it would probably look better if you guys filled in the blanks. --Mobius187 February 18 2007, 10:06 AM (EST)
  • Seems I was mistaken, you can edit the color of link text. Cheeser (DvB) showed me how and I've thus reverted the PTG color scheme to the previous one (which I thought was better). The answer apparently to the link color is to make all the links [[Link|Description]] (which appears like so: Palytoxin Gang) and then from that you add in font tags with whatever color you want like this [[Link|<font color="blue">Description</font>]] which gives you something like this: Palytoxin Gang. It works great, but it means you guys need to remember to do that for all the future links. Anyway, have fun. --Mobius187 February 20 2007, 5:27 PM (EST)

VOTE: New Dulston Alliance Members

Greetings, I recently chatted with DvB and it was decided that new blood is needed in the Dulston Alliance, and being the helpful chap that I am I offered to spread the word. Your group has been asked to vote on either allowing or denying access for the following groups (who have requested membership):

  • D.I.T.P.S. (10 members)
  • Pescodside Defense Alliance (4 members)
  • The Electric Light Torchestra (4 members)
  • Zombies off My Grass (7 members)

Normally I would say that the ELT is too small, but they do perform an important public service that I think needs to be recognized. So I think you may wish to look over their lack of 10 members (the minimum bar for membership, as I recall). I'm not sure about the PDA myself, but hey, not my call. The ZoMG seem to be close to 10 members... again, not my call.

Anyway, what do you guys think? They've been waiting for a reply for some time. The Alliance could do with some new, active, blood. When you have you final reply be sure to post it on the DvB section of the DA forum. You should be able to spot my thread on the topic. --Mobius187 February 21 2007, 9:00 AM (EST)

About your members list

Hey, Kikashie of the Electric Light Torchestra here. I'm compiling a complete list of all Dulston Alliance members, and i was wondering if the list you keep here is accurate. If there are any people who have become inactive, could you provide a current list? Thanks a bunch, --Kikashie ELT 16:07, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
