This needs to be reworked with a new zombie player in mind and in terms of "lots of suvivors to eat" versus, "no suvivors left."

Something like:

  • Green or Yellow = Eat a fellow
  • Orange or Red = All are dead

When I find the time, I'll work on this page to make it a simple explanation of the SIM Page, how to use the map to find food, and how to even update it if ppl are interested. --BrainsTasty 00:48, 7 June 2008 (BST)

Note to Self

  • Green = lots of zombies, and no bodies (or no one is dead...yet)
  • Yellow = Zombies + bodies (or players are dying, but zombies are still present, such as an active seige)
  • Red = Bodies everywhere (or just dead ppl, zombies or suvivors, but the zombies have left)

---

  • Brighter = Higher numbers
  • Fainter = Lower numbers

---

  • zombies<----------------------------------->dead bodies
  • green.....................yellow....orange......red

I kinda thought the above information was exactly what I was saying in the "Colors" section of the legend... SIM Core Map.png Swiers 06:39, 7 June 2008 (BST)
Yeah it is, but sometimes ppl need it spelled out for them. The point of project simple is to make it easy for any new zombie player to look at the map and instinctively know where the food is, and where it is not. Currently it's not (and I believe partially because of the way scent death was designed) and I just want to take all that inference out of the map and explain it in terms that new players can sink their teeth into, so to speak. --BrainsTasty 09:36, 7 June 2008 (BST)

A SIMple table

Yeah, it's in HTML - I made it for my new web / database version. Mind you, its only a (reasonably close) approximation.

   zombies\bodies   0    5  10  15  20  25  30  35  40  45  50+

Nice, I just might put that into this page. Thanks --BrainsTasty 06:43, 23 June 2008 (BST)
