Option 1
This is what I want the template to be in functionality, but it looked ugly (too tall, as I like the template to be wide but short) and cramped. Every Mod, besides his link to Special:Contributions, has his own link to be added to anyone's Special:Watchlist. Thanks to Daranz contributions on the talk page, the ugliness was fixed so this one is the default template now.

Option 2
The stylish first one I made. It looks neat, so I made this one the default, leaving functionality as a second priority until I got the first option to actually look good and be functional at the same time.

Idea
The main idea of this template is to exaggerate or create the illusion of obsession on the Moderation team of the users that wish to use it, for humorous effects of course. It was inspired on how people pointed at the template's creator how he watched the wiki with a "hawk's eye". If you have any idea on how to make it more... sick, you can try!
The difference between active, passive and inactive moderators is this:
- Inactive Moderators: Those which contributions have been halted, being none or single digit amounts per month.
- Passive Moderators: Those which contributions are somewhat constant, but the nature of the contributions they make make them go mostly unnoticed (like those that mainly take care of the Speedy Deletion and Protections queues), or those that almost fall on the above category no matter where those contributions are.
- Active Moderators: Those that take care of the Vandal Banning reports, actively participate in Policy discussions, make comments and/or arbitrate on Arbitration cases and participate as well on the occasional Misconduct cases.
Usage
Preferably at the bottom of the page you want to place it (normally your personal User page), you have to place the following code
{{Mysickmodobsession}}
The template is configured to center itself on your page. Be advised that changes and additions could be made anytime!
