Template talk:Tactics
The information on this page or section discusses a survivor strategy and may not be up to date with current game mechanics.

The information on this page or section discusses a player strategy and may not be up to date with current game mechanics.
The templates have been Subst:'ed here and the category tags removed but, this is what you should get with each variable choice. The third will appear if the variable isn't Zombie or Survivor.--Karekmaps?! 09:21, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
I don't think the part - "...and may not be up to date with current game mechanics" - should be in here if these boxes are going to be put onto all or most of the tactics pages. It's a bit like putting "This article may be in a POV dispute" in a template and putting it on every page on the wiki. While technically true, it would be misleading because it suggests a lot of articles are in a POV dispute when they are not. --Toejam 13:31, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
- It's there for the more antiquated tactics pages such as Sutherland's Defence. Although I may remove it when I do the coming update to the template(making variants for Mall tactics, Trans-Mortal Tactics, etc. that can be called with the inclusion of a second variable that, while addable, won't be required.).--Karekmaps?! 14:28, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
What I Need
Large Building Tactic | |
This tactic is a large building tactic and is meant for use in Malls and other Large Buildings. |
Trans-Mortal Tactic | |
This tactic is a Trans-Mortal Tactic and requires both survivors and zombies. |
I need someone to alter those two tables to include an image(left aligned) in each. It may not seem like it's for this template but it is, this will be an optional call to alert users of certain types of things on tactics pages, and it will probably evolve more later with more work but, for now, what I need is those table alterations. I'm not too good with the wiki table codes.--Karekmaps?! 13:11, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- Did it for you. Just add the image in place of the image here text --The Grimch U! E! WAT! 13:17, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- And just gave you a way to fix the width of the image pane. Enjoy --The Grimch U! E! WAT! 13:20, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
