The Takeover of Umbrella
On Oct. 10th, 2007 at roughly 9:00pm GMT, an intruder entered the Umbrella forums. Within hours, he acquired Administrator abilities and began deleting the accounts and/or revoking the priviledges of high ranking members. By 3:00am on Oct.11, he had announced that he was taking control of the Umbrella Corporation.
However, many of the members of the original Umbrella stood up to the self-proclaimed leader and spat in his face. As punishment, all were banned from the forums.
While the exiles gathered themselves together to form The Revolt, Wesker was busy inserting himself into the Wiki, claiming his supremacy over all of Umbrella.
Few of the original members of Umbrella have stayed with Wesker, and they are now branded as traitors to the organization. Anyone claiming to be a member of Umbrella will be dealt with swiftly and mercilessly.
Truce
On 10/25/2007 at 10:30pm (CT), a truce was accepted by both The Revolt and Umbrella Corporation. The war is over.
