Description

Tipper Road, before the outbreak, was traveled by people wishing to get to the Bank that borders it. It was so named due to the fact that it was almost always overlooked when it came time for street repairs, and so cars sometimes tipped on the side. Nowadays, it is home to rats, tumbleweeds, and the occasional wandering zombie.
