Assylum
Moved Assylum request to A/D Nalikill TALK E! W! M! USAI 01:03, 5 November 2007 (UTC) Is there an 'unused files' deletion criterion? If so, what is it? (Want to know so I can start filing requests for the deletion of unused images.) Nalikill TALK E! W! M! USAI 18:48, 3 November 2007 (UTC) Alright if we add "character-specific pages that have been moved to the corresponding 'User:' or 'Journal:' page" to the SD criteria?--'STER 22:12, 29 Nov 2005 (GMT)
- As long as it's specifically stated that they had to have been moved (although, this may come under the underused redirect criteria already, as a note) -- Odd Starter 01:28, 30 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Dunno why redirects would ever need to be deleted. --LouisB3 03:24, 30 Nov 2005 (GMT)
- If they aren't being used, why would they need to be around? Many redirects are useful tools for helping people retrieve the information they are looking for, however if a redirect isn't being linked from anywhere, there's a good argument for say that the redirect isn't needed, and is wasting database entries. -- Odd Starter 03:50, 30 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Okay, I didn't know there was any limit to database entries. --LouisB3 20:57, 30 Nov 2005 (GMT)
- Well, there isn't technically, but database entries still take up hard disk space on the server. Redirects only make the tiniest amount, but considering that every edit also adds a database entry, these can add up. -- Odd Starter 22:46, 30 Nov 2005 (GMT)
If this is in the wrong place I apologize, but I'm not sure where else to address this. Why was the Ridleybank Animal Rescue page deleted? There is not even a trace of its existence. I have been seething about this for a few months but did not see a good place to bring up the issue. It was a legitimate guild page with updates and active agents in Malton, I haven't bothered replacing it because I figured the whole thing would get zapped again. Whats up with this??? -- Kielios
- It was deleted in late June for the reason of being inactive, low content group page. Or something like that. Here's the speedy deletion archive entry for it: Click Me!. Complaints to User:Gage for nominating it for speedy deletion and User:Xoid for actually deleting it. If you want to have it restored, please go to Undeletions. --Brizth M T 21:11, 20 August 2006 (BST)
I redirected my User page to match the name of the character I use most often, please take it off the list immediately.Cheezymadman 22:39, 31 August 2006 (BST)
