You are standing atop the roof of Caiger Mall. Some construction has been started for a second floor. Skylights adorn the roof surface in triangular peaks, they look too weak to walk on. Empty spray cans, dried paint cans and frayed brushes litter the ground.
Somebody has spraypainted HELP ALIVE INSIDE onto the ground in large bold lettering.
- You climb up the sign, using metal supports and concrete ledges as you do. Standing near the top, you crane your neck enough to make out the words: Caiger Mall: It's Your Kind of Place.
