You are standing inside the Food Court of Caiger Mall. The tables and chairs are overturned and disorganized. The food vendors are all dark. Also here are Ross (60HP), Doug D. Renolds (56HP), Jen (49HP), Izzy (50HP) and Tammy (38HP). The floors and walls are splashed with fresh blood.
Somebody has carved R + H 4ever with a heart around it onto a table. The couple is most definitely dead.
There is a lone monster here.
- You pull the trigger, and again, totalling five times. Your shots converge with others on the creature, and for once, some real damage is seen. Blood. It swims between the depressions and over the convulsing ridges of the thing's flesh. The muscles in its vaguely human form twitch uncontrollably, limbs flailing in a mock seizure.
In the commotion, Tammy makes her escape. The monster turns its attention to you. This is a compliment. You must be viewed as a threat. Or maybe it targets what it perceives as the weakest and most vulnerable, such like a small girl as Tammy would appear to it. You must be slightly more intimidating than a little girl.
