While on a secret mission from the OSA, Army Ranger William J Blazkowicz happened upon a plan set up by the Nazis to resurrect a bunch of evil 1000 year old demons and make the ultimate zombie army to take over the world. However, while he was in the middle of stopping them, a hole opened in the time-space continuum and blasted him 67 years into the future, right into the middle of a zombie apocalypse.
