The Fight of the Paladins

A mall is the stage, with a storming of sound;

The civilians helplessly wait all around.

The zombies around claim the mall as their own,

And death marks their path and the carnage they've sewn.

Then from all around comes a thunderous call;

The paladins horoically appear at the mall!

Each man in his uniform, weapons in hand;

To battle they run, in a glorious stand.

Mere words can't describe the magnificent fight,

As zombie and survivor battle this night.

Raw courage and lead against disease and undeath,

As more than one hero earns honor in death.

The blood of both evil and good falls like rain,

But when it is over, no zombies remain.

Perhaps but a dream, or a vision, and yet,

Those sharing this vision shall never forget.

History

When Chesh joined the ranks of the survivors, he spent many weeks playing lone wolf. He died several times and was more of a hinderance to the survivors than he was a help.

Then, in perhaps his darkest hour, there appeared to him a mentor and a great friend: Pedentic. Pedentic showed him the ways of the world and taught him good strategies to survive. Before long Chesh was ready to begin being useful, and useful he has been. He heals those that are in need and scans zombie DNA into the NecroTech databases. When necessary, he will even draw zombie blood.

Lately, Chesh and Pedentic have allied with eachother again, this time as equals. They have created the Medics of Malton and are trying to gather a group of workers from all over the city to aid in their efforts to clear the city of infection and end the zombie menace. They are a group of healers and they need as much help as they can get.
