Education and History
in 2003, Rocco graduated from La Sorbonne at the University of Paris with his doctorate in Medicine. He then went on to do his basic residency at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, the largest hospital in Europe. Rocco remained indecisive about what he wanted to focus on in his career and decided to move to Malton with his fiancée, Mackenzie, to do his postdoctoral work with the Necrotech Corporation, working in their Research Labs as an in house physician while he worked on deciding his speciality. Upon the virus breakout and subsequent quarantine of Malton, Rocco was separated from his fiancée and she is presumed to be dead. Rocco was shuttled around several times before being mistakenly left at a random hospital when the evacuations ceased. This hospital was Neot General Hospital. He tried to maintain the facility and treat the few survivors that came in but found himself greatly lacking in this crisis situation and eventually made the decision to relocate to St. Ethelbert's Hospital in Roftwood to join the Malton Medical Staff.
