This site is to be kept at Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB+2), in order to permit entry by rookies and those needing Free Running access.

This should be used for buildings that should be kept open at VSB+2. An optional barricade plan for the suburb can be included, as can a note specifying what site for which this is an entry point. If it is permissible to upgrade the barricades in an emergency, that higher level can be specified. The order of the three named parameters is unimportant.
