Tall Asian male, medium build. Aprox. 6 foot one.
Trained Chinese assassin, worked with Chinese Special Forces 1984-1990.
Worked in connection with The Polish Mafia 1994-1999.
Currently affiliated with terrorist group/military The Malton Vietcong
Immigrated to Malton, 1991.
Wanted for 1992 murder of Alex Dahmer, and the murder of investigating FBI agents one month later. Wanted in the torture and murder of an unknown Chinese Red Army assassin sent to kill him, 1993. Captured and sentenced to death three months later. During the initial stages of 'The Malton Incident', he escaped his prison transport, killing four guards, and hijacking the bus. He then disguised himself as a police officer, and torched the bus, killing seven other inmates. He has been missing since.
Mr. Hong has been described as a normally calm man, and is exceptionally charismatic and manipulative. He's been observed by prison employees as appearing non-threatening and as a low-risk inmate, but constantly calculating his escape. His escapes are often violent, and result in several guard and inmate deaths.
Mr. Hong is extremely athletic, and is capable of taking multiple doses of tranquilizers before incapacitation.
