The Red Route starts and ends at St. Elizabeth's hospital and takes 32 AP to travel. Of course this doesn't include any AP used to heal people, cade buildings, etc. This route can be traveled either direction. The Blue Route begins and ends in Felix General Hospital and must be traveled in the direction of the arrows. It takes 27 AP to travel but you'll want to start with more as it involves going outside and reentering through Lettey Row Fire Station. The Fire Station should be at VSB++ but may not be and you'd need to find another entry point.
