Spare Tire is essentially just a flabby stomach that's up and moving around for no particular reason. It worked with the Gore Corps briefly, long after Mold was out, but that's over now. It is completely ridiculous, and that's kind of the point. Sort of an antithesis to all those hardcore Serious Business profiles so popular with the typical UD player.
