Physical Description
Nicholai is a short man measuring 5'6. He wears standard MPD wear and wears a police cap with the initials N.S. engraved on the front. His eyes are brown, and his hair is so dark brown that it almost looks black. He has unshaven facial hair and he wears Old Spice deoderant. His teeth are in bad shape, and his hair is sloppy and long. He has a scar running from his left shoulder down to his right ab, many scars on his back and a few burn marks on his arms. Also an entry and exit bullet-wound in his leg.
DETAILS:
He carries a shotgun, a pistol, and a fire axe. The shotgun has six notches in it, the pistol has eighteen, and the handle of the axe has one. He also carries a slip of paper with the name "Dick Richards" in red ink with another red line through it, a tooth is wrapped in the paper.
History
Nicholai was born in Moscow. His father was a teacher at a local public school, and his mother was a housewife. Nicholai was the first born of three children all of whom are boys. All of them reside in Malton.
At the age of eighteen Nicholai enlisted in the army and fought against the Czechoslovakians, however after three months of intense battle experience, Nicholai was shot in the leg, and captured by Czechoslovakian soldiers. He was held a POW for about a week, where he was tortured for vital information about the whereabouts of a division of Russian artillery. After finally being rescued by Russian soldiers and brought back to Moscow and treated in a war hospital.
After he got out of the hospital he escaped the Iron Curtain's boundaries into Western Europe. He spent a lot of time in the countryside of France working as a farm-hand. After about ten years of this, at the age of 29 Nicholai set out for Malton, where his two younger brothers had started a Russian restaurant. Nicholai worked with them for about a year before deciding that he wasn't cut out for it. His war experience had taken it's toll on him. So he decided to sign up for the Malton Police Department.
After the outbreaks occured, Nicholai was stranded in the South West of Malton for about a month before finally making his way up to the North East where he signed up for the newly rebuilt MPD. He served in the Darby Campus for three weeks, and passed with flying colors. He was then assigned to Raines Hills under User:Chris Redmoor. Nicholai was stationed in the Orders Crescent Police Department but after serious reports of zombie activity in Millen Hills relocated there. But now after being ordered by User:Kiki Lottaboobs, on 9/2/06, to evacuate Millen Hills and the surrounding areas, Nicholai had been hard at work at that, as well as others in the NE-2 sector.
Recently as the Big Bash rolled through the NE section Nicholai was injured and fell uncounsious somewhere in the vicinity of the Retallick Walk PD. When he awoke he was inside of Brent Place Fire Department. A small note with the initials C.R. written on them had been taped to Nicholai's forehead.
Shortly after this event, Nicholai relocated up to Raines Hills, his old beat, and was helping Jet City PD clean-up the suburb of Millen Hills. But, because of his enthusiasm and helpfulness as a Constable, he was promoted to Sergeant of Orders Crescent Police Department by Jet City PD.
But then, after applying for a job at the Darby Campus as an AI, he became an AI at the FMB Campus in Eastonwood and Darvall Heights. Unfortunately there were no spots for him in the Darby Campus so he was assigned to the FMB Campus.
Then after failing to comply with orders and gunning down several MPD members, Nicholai left the DEM under dishonorable discharge, and after all he'd done for them.

War Medals
The St. Anne's Medal for soldiers was a separate medal for enlisted men and NCOs. Given to Nicholai Skempinski for injuries inflicted upon him during the Czechoslovakian War.
