The Questions: What happens when your world falls apart? When you wake to find the home you have grown up in destroyed, over run with creatures you don't understand. You survive, you keep moving, keep living. But slowly things change. You remember values from before the apocalypse. You remember goals you had, dreams you wanted fulfilled. An education, the chance to better yourself. The simple pleasure of learning, and teaching others something returns, and your mind slowly wakes up from the slumber of 'survive'. But how do these things, easy to obtain and grasp in a regular society fit into the need to keep moving, keep living? How do you grow, educate... and survive. Her Answers: For her it was simple enough. Find her brother. Stay with him, do as he does. But slowly, things within her did wake. Wandering off from an "ordered" location to stroll through a museum. Getting lost in the pages of a book instead of marching off to the next battle field. Enjoying a rare cup of tea with someone that was her groups "enemy". The values of survive being shoved down her throat started to make less and less sense. What was survival if she couldn't enjoy the company of another well spoken, educated person? More and more questions formed, and her simple life became much less so.
