Former Commander of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service that arrived to Malton via helicopter. Zombies in this city were stronger than others he has seen and the majority of his group were either KIA/MIA. He realized the UBCS wouldn't last long here and called for helicopter rescue. He murdered the pilot by throwing him out of the helicopter and flew away with a few survivors. They couldn't return to the city as the UBCS would probably kill them for betrayal so they decided to start a new life in Fairview...
