User:Swiers/Revivifivation Tactics
Revivification Tactics are a just that; tactics for revivification, both doing bringing others back to life, and being brought back to life.
Current Revivification Tactics
Presently people who do revives are largely seen as "support staff" in the game, and most revives are done as a revive point. I'm not going to go into this to deeply, except to say that I think this system is, for various reasons, sub optimal at best, and a massive, boring failure at worst.

Active Revival Tactics
ART is an alternative to the typical "go to a revive point and wait" tactics used by survivors seeking revives. Instead, ART aims to allow the dead survivor to contribute to the survivor cause while dead, and also enhance the probablility that he will be in the right place to be revived.
Under ART guidelines, what should you do when killed?
Go to an Outdoor Revive Point
Yeah, that's what everybody does. And hey, it just might work. But what you are really looking for is an area that has some survivor occupied NT buildings in it. Revive points tend to be near NT buildings, and you can use the NT Status Map to help you find ones that are still human controlled.

When you log in the next day, if you are still dead, you want to find a nearby building that has recently come under zombie attack and is open. Go to it, walk inside, and start helping the survivors fight off the zombies. This earns you XP, helps survivors in the area stay alive, and makes it VERY likely you will be revived. Why? Because you are inside a building with survivors who have needles, and are helping them! They don't need to spend ANY ap to come find you, and they can already see your profile, assuming you kill a zombie or talk. They will want to get your dead body out of thier nice clean building, and reviving you is the fastest, surest way to do so. Zombie players in fact get combat revived very often for this reason alone; now think how much easier it must be to get revived as an obvious life cultist.
