This man has has black berets in his past for quite some time... USAFA CHG 2009 first, USAF SF next, and now the Black Berets... The military is all that he has known, so naturally he is doing what he knows best... Killing

His attire is quite interesting, Black Urban BDU's bloused over black leather and canvas jumpboots, black beret, and black leather gloves... You could see more if the black nomex cloak didn't obscure his face and body...

He can often be seen with Squidkins. She is his girlfriend. Originally TheDictator was assigned to a Security Forces Squadron in Malton, and she followed him here. During the first days of the crisis they got separated, but now they are together again. You can see them often at The Love Shack.

His awards since coming to Malton are numerous. His self chosen mercenary rank tops out the collection with a collection of IUSS, AlQilya, and DEM ribbons not far behind. The Parachute and Air Assault badges from his days in the Air Force follow, and then RAF and Ragnarok medels round out the collection. Of course, because he is a mercenary, he did not get these awards from these organizations while being part of them.
