The in-game character of Peter Fulton is a combat medic who has found himself in a world that he doesn't fully understand. He has no memory of the last year or so, probably due to some form or other of post-traumatic stress disorder.
Pre 'Urban Dead' he was a first-aider in one of Malton's larger companies, spending most of his time working at a desk muttering about the inadequacy of (a) his pay packet, (b) his management, and (c) the corporate computers. Once the events in Malton took place, his old skills became useless - no-one needs a nicely designed leaflet explaining zombies are a bad thing. His first-aid skills, however, have turned out to be fairly useful.
Also of some use to the lad is some firearms experience back in the past. While he's never shot a gun, he's worked with keen practical shooters and has assisted at practical shooting competitions. Thus far, his weaponry knowledge is mostly theoretical but he's unlikely to shoot himself in the foot when he gets to use a gun 'for real'.
Long-term, Peter's general bewilderment by science is destined to make some things difficult. He's heard of NecroTech (and actually did some work on a couple of their annual reports) but the technology baffles him.
Intriguingly, he's teamed up with a young woman who shares some of his other interests to form the genesis of Team IC.
Peter Fulton is another alter-ego for Uncle Whippity.
