Unknown is the Codename for the Relations Officer of the now-defunct Malton Liberation Force. It is still used by the Freedom Fighters, a one-time sub-group of the MLF. They eventually declared their independence, and operate as an average group (for the full drama, visit the Malton Rangers/C4NT/Corleones/Malton's Angels/Freedom Fighters Forum.
The current Freedom Fighters Rep. is a guy by the name of Captain Christopher Cole. Sounds like an early 90s video game character, no?
