Since you're willing to credit, sure. *nodnod* --SirensT RR 02:01, 24 August 2006 (BST)

Great! Thanks - provviding a crutch to a bunch of graybeards who aren't exactly wiki-experienced. :-) Any specific way you'd wish the credit? link to your UD user page, etc?
Cheers!

Well, If you're going to credit Mia, that's fine, but others played their small part in making sure the pages were up to scratch. Brizth for one, Odd Starter too, myself, maybe a few others. You could always go through the page's history to ensure that due credit is there but frankly I could care less; Mia did most of the work and if she wants to hog all the glory she can. Ain't that right Mia? :-P
Getting in contact with others who played their small part would probably be too much effort anyway. Perhaps something like "Credit goes to Mia Kristos of the Urban Dead wiki who created these pages most of the pages and did more than her fair share. Kudos to the others who pitched in as well."? –Xoid STFU! 12:28, 24 August 2006 (BST)
I'm thinking I'll roll with Cribbed from the Urban Dead wiki and specifically the work of users Mia Kristos, Brizth, Odd Starter, and Xoid among many others. at the base of the template so it pops up across all the relevant pages. Thanks! --Jzp 12:44, 24 August 2006 (BST)
Oh of course I want you to give credit to them as well. Honestly, I think they did as much work, if not more, than I did, and I honestly thought you were asking us individually. That bit looks good to me, though you can link out names to our respective wikipages. *nodnod* --SirensT RR 15:41, 24 August 2006 (BST)
Heh - started out just cribbing the template (hence contacting Mia) then gradually realizing a lot of the help pages were well done. Credit to all proivided, until some other wiki editor decides they have better templates & help pages and wipes it all out! Thanks again. --Jzp 16:38, 24 August 2006 (BST)

Side Note

Since you enjoy the darkside of Urban Dead, have you ever considered playing a PKer? --SirensT RR 16:42, 24 August 2006 (BST)

Nah - too much politics and such; there enough of that at work. :-) They do make sense in the storyline considering paranoia and typical infighting that would set in after the cordroning off lasted for a "long time". Never quite followed the logic of ZKs. --Jzp 16:38, 26 August 2006 (BST)
You only have to deal with the politics if people know who you are. If you signed up under a different name, and only posted on the forums, you could blissfully ignore the crud that I deal with. ^^ --Miasig.gif(user)(talk) 18:23, 26 August 2006 (BST)
