What's the Point?

The point is to encourage people to read a suggestion before casting a vote. Look at the number of people in Fireman's Carry who talked about taking someone out of a barricaded building when the suggestion didn't allow that. -- Mettaur 08:13, 20 May 2006 (BST)

I hope that it might encourage people to READ BEFORE THEY VOTE. See Caught_Not_Reading. The 'flaming' here isn't anything compared to the abusive comments made by some people who scan the title of a suggestion, ignore the actual suggestion content and any comments and then proceed to bag the shit out of the suggester. -- Mettaur 08:19, 20 May 2006 (BST)

No, I'm annoyed that people don't read before voting. I voted Kill on Fireman's Carry, but I was disgusted at the number of people who voted Kill/Spam with comments that made it obvious they didn't bother to read the suggestion. -- Mettaur 08:43, 20 May 2006 (BST)
