The reasons given for the deletion of the fake STARS page (title had a typo) were criteria 1 and 2--no content and off-topic. As you can see if you look at the logs, the content was "Cool I get TO CREATE THIS PAGE WOHHOOO!!!!!!!" and there were no previous edits.--'STER-Talk-Mod 19:51, 30 Jan 2006 (GMT)
- Thanks for the reply. I didn't know about that logs page, so thanks also for showing me that. Looking at it now it definately was a speedy delete canidate, I just couldn't tell that from the request, and the page name looked close enought to something real that I thought it might have been real indeed. --RedKnight 04:33, 31 Jan 2006 (GMT)
The keep vote was actually invalid, as the page was just a redirect. I had forgotten to delete it, thanks for reminding me.--'STER-Talk-Mod 22:12, 31 Jan 2006 (GMT)
- You're welcome. --RedKnight 03:05, 1 Feb 2006 (GMT)
Please leave the GKers group on the main page. It is in this way, and this way alone, that GKing groups will see the category and add themselves to it. If, after discussion, it is decided that the link should not be there, i shall remove it myself. --Grim s 07:24, 3 Feb 2006 (GMT)
Who was the second killer? --ALIENwolve 05:13, 26 February 2006 (GMT)
- I think I've lost that bit of information. I do know that nakigara, Johndas, flyguy92586, JoeBu and Blahga were all attacking about that time. I think that Blahga may have been the one who had the kill. I also noticed durring my attacking while in the mall that in between one of my actions that two survivors managed to kill a zombie, yet the number of zombies had only dropped by one. (The baricades were back up at that point.) It's probably a ways back in my history but I'm going to check and see if I still have who those two were. --RedKnight 05:22, 26 February 2006 (GMT)
- It would appear that IEs history isn't very reliable for this sort of thing. But I did notice that nakigara and Johndas both were able to kill a zombie (possibly the same one) in the space of one action. --RedKnight 05:26, 26 February 2006 (GMT)
Re: Vandal Banning
Just for future reference, the Vandal Banning page is not the place for sniping. Please do not do so in future. -- Odd Starter talk | Mod | W! 01:20, 27 February 2006 (GMT)
Deletion of Image revisions older than 3 days
- This sounds like a good idea, but not being familiar with these frequently updated images can you give me an example? --RedKnight 00:04, 16 April 2006 (BST)
- For example Image:Dailygbp.JPG. The files listed there still exist, but only the most recent one is used (same as page history). Brizth W! 08:50, 16 April 2006 (BST)
