Rules/Policies
No PKers allowed. If you PK, then the punishment is to be dragged screaming from wherever you're hiding by every member who needs a revive and be eaten alive. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I will set all currently undead members on anyone who kills another survivor. Of course, if you're stupid enough to cross a member's path after you've killed them I won't hold them responsible for their actions. These punishments only apply to members. Other PKers are added to the list and shot.
Obey your superiors and your leader. This is fairly self-explanatory. Really. If there's a dispute between two of equal rank then see me about it.
All VDO safehouses are considered no pking zones so take it outside.
The below are not rules as such but it is advisable and it makes our job easier
- Add all VDO members to your contacts
- Get a cellphone and radio
- Tune your radio to 26.17
- Try to carry a generator transmitter and some fuel at all times. Just in case

The VDO have now allied with the Roftwood Assault Force. This will be very usefull as we are both aiming for the same goals and we may need to set up a base there.

You know you would have thought we would have gotten more members by now. Meh. Anyways by the time we got to the mall the zeds were gone so we now set our sights on Roftwood conceding that, for now, Stanbury Village is too far gone.

A lot of things have happened recently. We have a strike force in Roftwood helping out, and I'm not sure if the Stanturbury Renegades can be trusted. I'm axing them from our allies list until I find out some things.

The Stanturbury Renegades are dead and their leader is a zombie. Perfect. On a positive note our strike force is still alive.

We seem to have slipped into a lull in activity, so we are gonning to start a major recruiting campaign to get us some more members.

We have the first official VDO base. it is fairly close to a nt building and right beside a PD and a Revive point. if you need to know where it is then contact me as that isnt the sort of infornmation that should be posted on a public forum. we need to keep up the battle of the spraycans and get more members.

On a slightly amusing note the VDO has its first and only pet zombie. You can shoot him as much as you like but please heal him afterwards. He will be hanging around headquaters and killing random zombies. He is also usefull for hunting Pkers and is housetrained not to eat members.

We participated in the Defence of the Nicolas Mall, We failed to hold back the big bash but at least we helped

Organization
Okay we need some order of command other than you doing what I, say so here's how it goes. I've manipulated the RAF's rank system to suit our purposes. The group will be split into fighters and scientists. Private is the first rank and they're put into squads of five, lead by a Sergeant, and the amount them per section depends on our numbers. Then there are two Lieutenants, one for each area (fighter or scientist). Finnally, there is the General, me. We don't have enough members at this stage, so until we do there will only be one mixed squad, lead by me personally, with every member in it. Later i might add a rank between Sargent and Leutenant but not till we get way more members.

Enemies
All zombie groups are eventually going to be wiped out, but these groups shall be found, disbanded and trampled into the dust for treason and pissing us off.

Any members word is above outside doubt. It will be up to me to decide if your claim is true or not. A screenshot of the killing MUST be supplied if submitted by a member of the public. Any people on this list are to be shot on sight and should not be revived under any circumstances.

tactics
We should set up base at least 10 blocks away from our target, to prevent the enemy's use of scent trail. This would allow us to NOT GET SLAUGHTERED WHILE WE SLEEP! --Axel 10:49, 22 September 2006 (BST)
Also, as a general policy, for the same reason, we should
- Never attack a zombie and not finish it off. Edit: Same goes for DNA Extraction. The rule is interacting with a zombie lets it track you.--Axel 12:37, 6 October 2006 (BST) - If we do fail to kill a zombie DO NOT return the HQ safe house, or they will be lead to us. - If you fail to kill a zombie and you cannot reach a safe house other than HQ, just commit suicide to safe our asses, please.
