Whitemore Boulevard (Kinch Heights)

Description

A Boulevard with several shopping areas, such as Skippy McGee's Video Shack. It's founder and funder, Sir Factin Whitemore the third, so named the boulevard after himself. The shopping areas (yes, McGee's and the local gentlmen's club) were outright looted and then boarded up with massive amounts of plywood, boxes, and duct tape.
