Once a thriving office complex, Hatson Building was well known for the 2 story waterfall in the lobby. In the early outbreaks, many survivors camped out there using the source of water to sustain themselves. As it became evident that rescue was never coming survivors turned on each other squabbling over the dwindling resources. Eventually, the once breathtaking fountain was clogged with human waste and used bandages. It stands now a health hazard potentially spreading disease and serving as a breeding ground for rats. | Once a thriving office complex, Hatson Building was well known for the 2 story waterfall in the lobby.
