A and C mostly. I have no problems with anyone adding to the page, however, I do not wish to have to check through the history to see if anything has been taken off. I figure most people will use the talk page out of habit or courtesy though. I also want to provide a place for sysops to comment to me about the page and not worry about a flame war or trolling.
