The Pegrum Square Fire Station is found in South Central Roachtown, just one block west of the ill-famed Roachtown ghettos. It is the only Fire Station in Roachtown and, as due to its lack of a fire station, is one of the options for fire station access for Randallbank survivors, giving anyone who can hold onto it a slight advantage in the two suburbs. It is north of the famed Gore Lane and is a semi-dangerous distance from Ridleybank, a Zombie stronghold, making the already desirable building considerably dangerous ground.
