The Fennessy Building
The Fennessy Building was once the home of the accounting firm Bulgart, Ivanski, Talbert, Chelmford and Howe. They were known for their more cut throat approach to dealing with tax preparation. This made the firm popular with the well heeled and also some of the area mobsters.
