In the early outbreaks, many survivors camped out there using the source of water to sustain themselves. As it became evident that rescue was never coming survivors turned on each other squabbling over the dwindling resources. History
Once a thriving office complex, Hatson Building was well known for the 2 storey waterfall in the lobby.
