This once grand institution has gone far downhill in the ten-plus years since the outbreak began. Everyone receives the best possible care; the staff struggles heroically given the near impossible circumstances and the difficulty of procuring medical

Barricading policy
According to the Spracklingbank Barricade Plan, which is in compliance with the Uniform Barricading Policy of Malton, Cornelius General Hospital must never be more than Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB+2). This

from five or more undead, in which case it can be Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB). When the danger has passed, the barricades should be torn down so everyone can enter again.
