The Independant Contractors are here to offer help to those in need. Specifically groups and single survivors who are in need of some extra help in dealings with zombie hordes, GKers, etc. We are a small new group in Malton looking to help those with good causes.

Need help holding control of buildings, barricades to be restored, generators in need of fuel or just some pesky zeds who need to have their brains scrambled.....you can count on us.

Each member of the "Contractors" is well, independant (for lack of a better word). Each member is their own boss, and can decide which task/tasks to take on as their "work". Members are trained to finish any mission to its fullest, before arranging for or taking on new ones. We like to leave with the XP and satisfaction of a job well done.

Each contractor will offer different services as each is operating individually and will have different skills. Below is a list of services many will provide, and by no means is it an exhaustive list.

Independant Contractor Guidelines

Even though our Contractors operate independantly, we try to keep our members in acting accordance within a set of guidelines and policies. Since all members are independant they act at their own discretion and judgement, but are made aware of the guidelines prior to joining the group. It is made clear that we DO NOT CONDONE PKing!!!

Policies In Support of

	Uniform Barricading Policy Supporter
	This User or Group supports the Uniform Barricading Policy by actively maintaining barricades according to local plan or UBP standard.

	Survivor Security Zone
	Independant Contractors helps to protect the Survivor Security Zone.

	Sacred Ground Policy Supporter
	This user or group supports the Sacred Ground Policy and acknowledges that all Cemeteries in the city of Malton are considered Revivification Points.

	Malton Hospitals Group
	This user or group supports MHG in their attempt to restore health care in Malton.

	Fine Art of Malton Supporter
	This user or group supports the Fine Art of Malton movement & acknowledges that all museums are PK ceasefire zones, heal points, and are to be a barricading priority.

	Planned Revivification
	This user or group supports organized revivification.

Recruitment

While seeking and employing alternative work arrangements in response to the tragedy bestowed upon Malton, workers with an entrepreneurial spirit and wise Alliances & Groups have created more opportunities for independent contractors than ever before.

If you're the type of person who likes to settle in and dislikes ever-changing working conditions, then a so-called "permanent group" might suit you better. But if you're the adventurous, entrepreneurial type who likes new challenges, then working as an independent contractor might be right for you.

Any survivors wishing to join the Contractors are asked to submit their Character name, screenshot of profile to the e-mail address above and then place our group name in appropriate section of your profile. We accept all skills levels and character types.
