Group Category

How would people feel about adding a group category in to the template so that it automatically categorises group pages that it is included on? It would save a lot of effort when it comes to categorising uncategorised pages and the like. What are the potential problems and benefits of this?--Shortround }.{ My Contributions 15:18, 12 April 2012 (BST)

Adding custom image

If your groupbox is displaying the image to the left, and you want to add one of your own group images instead, just add a new line with group_image=Image:Aussieflag.JPG| somewhere inside the template code on your page. Hey a group slogan would be pretty cool to add.I believe it would save space and probably be easier for groups into the future.

I changed the way the template handles images. With the old method, if there was no image file to display, it got all messy. Now, it should look better, and the image tag has to be put in manually on the artice end.--Daranz 22:55, 9 Sep 2005 (BST)

I hope no one minds, but there was a little bit of a readability issue with the tables set up the way they were. Providing a zebra look helps to clear up where one box starts and ends. Having the titles changed from being centered vertically could also be an option. (Although, if someone could make it so the content in the grey stripes weren't bold, that would be even better. Oooh, I like, apart from the bold thing. Unfortunately I think it's some sort of automatic feature of templates that says "there's a background colour, this one must be important", so I don't know whether it can be switched off. --Morlock 06:20, 23 Sep 2005 (BST)

I didn't really get a part of this... Where to I put my group's page? I'm used to suggestions, where everything is in the same page. How do you add a page? -Certified=Insane
